By working with us, you agree to the following terms, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect.

We offer a range of creative retouching and editing solutions designed to enhance your brand, product, or visual story.
Our services include but are not limited to:

→ Color correction, grading, and enhancement
→ Background removal and composite editing
→ Image restoration and manipulation
→ Corporate, lifestyle, and studio photo retouching

Payments and Invoicing
We believe in clarity and fairness with every project.
Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment of 30%–50% before work begins.
The remaining balance is due after the final delivery of files or completion of the project.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, or UPI (for Indian clients).
For larger or recurring clients, milestone-based or monthly billing options can be arranged.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or temporary suspension of ongoing work. We appreciate prompt communication regarding billing or payment timelines.
If you decide to cancel a project:
→ The advance payment remains non-refundable.
→ You’ll be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
→ You will not hold rights to unfinished or unpaid creative materials.
In rare cases, Lumora Retouch Co. may terminate a project due to non-responsiveness, disrespectful behavior, or repeated failure to meet payment terms.
All completed work and intellectual property rights remain with Lumora Retouch Co. until payment is received in full.
Your trust means everything to us.
During your project, you may share personal, creative, or brand-sensitive materials.
All such information is treated confidentially and never shared with third parties without your written consent.
We maintain strong data protection standards and are open to signing a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for added security and peace of mind.
